Mr. Hutchison Lee graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He is an Ontario lawyer based in Oakville, Ontario, specializing in corporate and commercial law, real estate law, and cross-border transactions and practicing both Ontario and Canadian law. He also provides community-based legal services such as Wills & Estates, Powers of Attorney, Notary and Commissioning.
Mr. Lee obtained his first law degree from Fudan University in China. Having Chinese bar qualification since 1991, he has practiced Chinese law with leading Chinese law firms, which experience can benefit his clients in cross-border matters and transactions involving Chinese law issues.
Mr. Lee is fluent in English and Chinese.
Mr. Lee acts as Pro Bono Legal Advisor to the Confederation of Chinese Alumni Associations (“CCAA”), Fudan University Alumni Toronto Association (“FUATA”), Oakville Chinese Network (“OCN”), Canadian Literary Association of Higher Education (“CLAHE”), among others.
